Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us that you would like a full refund and cancel your subscription, by sending an email to ira.wilson@glutenfreemenu.co.uk A full refund will then be processed within 7 working days.

If for any reason an email requesting a refund is received after 14 days, Gluten Free Menu reserve the right to decline the refund request.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be considered, but by no means guaranteed, but each request will be judged on its own merit.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We shortly after notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and refunded using the same method that you paid with. This refund will be processed within 7 days after your refund has been approved.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
